A few names come to mind when it comes to high-end hyperarcs: Bugatti, Ferrari, Koenig egg, and Pagani, to name a few. These companies have established themselves as the top dogs in the supercar and HyperCard worlds, offering their wealthiest customers the world's fastest, rarest, most beautiful, and, in this instance, most expensive automobiles.
But, in order to figure out which of these out-of-reach vehicles is the most expensive, we combed through the invoice sheets and found over 30 cars valued $1 million or more. A hybrid Ferrari convertible, an American speed king, and even a one-of-a-kind Rolls-Royce created for royalty are among the vehicles in the collection.
However, it's worth noting that the costs stated below are for the automobiles when they were brand new. So auction automobiles like the Ferrari 250 GTO and pricey secondhand deals aren't included. But don't worry, there are still over $100 million in automobiles to whet your thirst. To see the complete list, watch the video above.
The price of a Ferrari LaFerrari is $1.4 MillionThe Ferrari LaFerrari is one of the most cheap supercars on this list, costing $1.4 million new. When compared to the most costly vehicle on the market, it's a steal. This Ferrari's fastest and most powerful production model to date, with 950 hybrid horses (708 kilowatts) and a top speed of roughly 220 miles per hour (354 kilometers per hour), debuted in 2013. Between 2013 and 2016, the business produced only 499 units of the coupe. Ferrari has created another classic, laudable automobile that attracts every aficionado to it. The LaFerrari is not only one of Ferrari's most powerful road cars, but it also combines a 6.3-liter V12 engine with a 161-horsepower hybrid powertrain. The 2016 Ferrari LA Ferrari stats top its cutting-edge engineering with efficiency, power, and gorgeous design, with a combined 949 horsepower and over 663 pound-feet of torque. Driving a LaFerrari is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. If the high-voltage battery is fully charged, the V12 will turn off under light load. The 7-speed transmission can be shifted manually for rapid pleasure, but shifting isn't really necessary. This is due to the fact that this car produces power in any gear and at any rpm. The batteries even recharge when braking, making a track day even more appealing. The Ferrari LaFerrari requires a battery and two electric motor/generators to produce an efficient Hyper Card. Eight modules include a total of 120 separate battery cells. This permits them to be as close to the center of gravity as possible. Ferrari picked the more advanced DC-DC method over alternating current. Because each motor is pulse width modulated, there is no need for a large inverter. It produces 161 horsepower and 199 pound-feet of torque at any speed, and it uses some of the V12's power to keep itself charged under modest acceleration. You have a total system output of 949 horsepower and 663 lb-ft of torque when you need to exit. It's called the Kinetic Energy Recovery System, and it's right out of Formula 1. (KERS). I wouldn't put my life in the hands of anyone but Brembo brakes. Because the Ferrari LaFerrari specifications need the best braking system in the world, this is the case. Carbon-ceramic rotors should last the entire life of the vehicle. The fronts are 15.6 inches wide, while the backs are 14.9 inches wide. They can halt a freight train, but in regular drive, the electric motors clamp down on the engine and transmission and instantly switch into generators. Regenerative braking converts the kinetic energy of the car into voltage, which is then sent to the batteries. Hybrids are beneficial to the environment, yet none have ever done so elegantly. The cabin of the Ferrari LaFerrari is actually rather comfortable, despite the fact that every part of the Ferrari LaFerrari specs is tuned for performance. It has been meticulously crafted down to the last detail. If it wasn't clear from the outside, the interior is heavily influenced by F1, particularly the steering wheel shape, control placement, and pedal design. There's even the option to choose between tachometer visuals for a more relaxing or competitive presentation. The LaFerrari specifications are brilliant, one-of-a-kind, and ageless. The seats are divided by a carbon fiber central spine, and rear visibility is better than in other hypercars. The controls are thoughtfully designed, and the seating position is ideal. |
